Handmade Throw Quilt in Gold and Orange

This throw-size quilt is made in the Portmanteau Quilt Pattern using cotton fabrics from the Caravan Souk collection by Amy Butler Designs. Fabrics are curated from India by Amy Butler Designs and are hand screen- and block-printed. Quilt top is machine pieced, then machine quilted with a cotton batting and cotton backing. The quilt binding is attached to the quilt edges by machine. Quilt top and binding fabrics are a mix of gold, yellow, peach, pink, orange and cream in botanical and geometric prints. Backing is a solid pale peach fabric.
All quilts in my shop are lovingly made by hand, and slight variations and imperfections are expected and add to the handmade character of each unique quilt.
Care instructions: Machine wash on gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. The quilt has been machine washed and dried before shipping to you.
